Senghor Logistics welcomed a Brazilian customer and took him to visit our warehouse
On October 16, Senghor Logistics finally met Joselito, a customer from Brazil, after the pandemic. Usually, we only communicate about the shipment situation on the Internet and help him arrange the shipments of EAS security system products, coffee machines and other products from Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Yiwu, Shanghai and other places to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
On October 16, we took the customer to visit the supplier of EAS security system products he purchased in Shenzhen, which is also one of our long-term suppliers. The customer was very satisfied that he could visit the production workshop of the product, see the sophisticated circuit boards and various security and anti-theft devices. And he also said that if he purchased such products, he would only purchase them from this supplier.
Afterwards, we took the customer to a golf course not far from the supplier to play golf. Although everyone made jokes from time to time, we still felt very happy and relaxed.
On October 17, Senghor Logistics took the customer to visit our warehouse near Yantian Port. The customer gave a high overall evaluation of this. He thought it was one of the best places he had ever visited. It was very clean, neat, orderly and safe, because everyone entering the warehouse needed to wear orange work clothes and a safety helmet. He saw the loading and unloading of the warehouse and the placement of goods, and he felt that he could completely trust us with the goods.
The customer often purchases goods in 40HQ containers from China to Brazil. If he has high-value products that need special treatment, we can palletize and label them in our warehouse according to customer needs, and protect the goods to the best of our ability.
After visiting the warehouse, we took the customer to the top floor of the warehouse to enjoy the entire landscape of Yantian Port. The customer was shocked and amazed at the size and advancement of this port. He took out his mobile phone to take photos and videos. You know, Yantian Port is an important import and export channel in South China, one of the top five sea freight ports in the world, and the world's largest single container terminal.
The customer looked at the large ship being loaded not far away and asked how long it would take to load a container ship. In fact, it depends on the size of the ship. Small container ships can usually be loaded in about 2 hours, and large container ships are estimated to take 1-2 days. Yantian Port is also building an automated terminal in the East Operation Area. This expansion and upgrade will make Yantian the world's largest port in terms of tonnage.
At the same time, we also saw containers neatly arranged on the railway behind the port, which is the result of the booming railway-sea transport. Pick up goods from inland China, then deliver them to Shenzhen Yantian by rail, and then ship them to other countries in the world by sea. So, as long as the route you inquire about has a good price from Shenzhen and your supplier is in inland China, we can ship it for you in this way.
After such a visit, the customer's understanding of Shenzhen Port has deepened. He lived in Guangzhou for three years before, and now he comes to Shenzhen, and he said he likes it here very much. The customer will also go to Guangzhou to attend the Canton Fair in the next two days. One of his suppliers has a booth at the Canton Fair, so he plans to visit.
