The past weekend, the 12th Shenzhen Pet Fair just ended at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. We found that the video of the 11th Shenzhen Pet Fair we released on Tik Tok in March miraculously had quite a few views and collections, so 7 months later, Senghor Logistics arrived at the exhibition site again to show everyone the content and new trends of this exhibition.
First of all, this exhibition is from October 25th to 27th, of which the 25th is the professional audience day, and pre-registration is required, generally for pet industry distributors, pet stores, pet hospitals, e-commerce, brand owners and other related practitioners. The 26th and 27th are public open days, but we can still see some industry-related personnel on site to select pet products. The rise of e-commerce has enabled small businesses and individuals to participate in international trade.
Secondly, the entire venue is not large, so it can be visited in half a day. If you want to communicate with exhibitors, it may take more time. The exhibition includes various categories, such as pet toys, pet feeders, pet furniture, pet nests, pet cages, pet smart products, etc.
Finally, in Shenzhen, the "City of Innovation", there are many new pet smart products, and some small pets and exotic pets have also received more attention, and the sales of related products have continued to grow.
But we also observed that the scale of this Shenzhen Pet Fair is smaller than the previous one. We guessed that it might be because it was held at the same time as the second phase of the Canton Fair, and more exhibitors went to the Canton Fair. Here, some local suppliers in Shenzhen may be able to save some booth costs, logistics costs, and travel expenses. However, this does not mean that the quality of the suppliers is not good enough, but the product difference.
This year we participated in two Shenzhen Pet Fairs and gained different experiences, which helped our customers understand some market trends and suppliers. If you want to visit next year, it will still be held here from March 13th to 16th, 2025.
