Shortly after returning from company trip to Beijing, Michael accompanied his old client to a machine factory in Dongguan, Guangdong to check the products.
Australian customer Ivan (Check the service story here) cooperated with Senghor Logistics in 2020. This time he came to China to visit the factory with his brother. They mainly purchase packaging machines from China and distribute them locally or produce packaging materials for some fruit and seafood companies.
Ivan and his brother each perform their own duties. The elder brother is responsible for front-end sales, and the younger brother is responsible for back-end after-sales and purchasing. They are very interested in machinery and have their own experiences and insights.
They went to the factory to communicate with engineers to set up the parameters and details of the machine, down to the number of centimeters for each specification. One of the engineers who has a good relationship with the customer said that when communicating with the customer a few years ago, the customer told him how to adjust the machine to get the desired color effect, so they have always cooperated and learned from each other.
