Time flies, and there is not much time left in 2023. As the year is coming to an end, let us review together the bits and pieces that make up Senghor Logistics in 2023.
This year, Senghor Logistics’ increasingly mature services have brought customers closer to us. We have never forgotten the joy of every new customer we deal with, and the gratitude we feel every time we serve an old customer. At the same time, there are many unforgettable moments worth remembering this year. This is the book of the year written by Senghor Logistics together with our customers.
In February 2023, we participated in the cross-border e-commerce exhibition in Shenzhen. In this exhibition hall, we saw products in multiple categories such as consumer electronics, household daily necessities, and pet products. These products are sold overseas and are loved by consumers with the label of "Intelligent Made in China".
In March 2023, Senghor Logistics team set off to Shanghai to participate in the 2023 Global Logistics Enterprise Development & Communication Expo and visit suppliers and customers in Shanghai and Zhejiang. Here we looked forward to the development opportunities in 2023, and had close understanding and communication with our customers to discuss how to handle our freight process more smoothly and serve foreign customers well.
In April 2023, Senghor Logistics visited the factory of an EAS system supplier we cooperate with. This supplier has its own factory, and their EAS systems are mostly used in large malls and supermarkets in foreign countries, with guaranteed quality.
In July 2023, Ricky, one of the founders of our company, went to a customer company that specializes in making chairs to provide logistics knowledge training to their salesmen. This company provides high-quality seats to foreign airports and shopping malls, and we are the freight forwarder responsible for their shipments. Our more than ten years of experience has allowed customers to trust our professionalism and invite us to their companies for training more than once. It is not enough for freight forwarders to master logistics knowledge. Sharing this knowledge to benefit more people is also one of our service features.
In the same month of July, Senghor Logistics welcomed several old friends from Colombia to renew the pre-pandemic fate. During the period, we also visited the factories of LED projectors, screens and other equipment with them. They are all suppliers with both scale and strength. If we have other customers who need suppliers in corresponding categories, we will also recommend them.
In August 2023, our company took a 3-day and 2-night team-building trip to Heyuan, Guangdong. The entire event was full of laughter. There were not too many complicated activities. Everyone had a relaxed and happy time.
In September 2023, the long-distance trip to Germany had begun. From Asia to Europe, or even to a strange country or city, we were excited. We met exhibitors and visitors from various countries and regions at the exhibition in Cologne, and in the following days we visited our customers non-stop in Hamburg, Berlin, Nuremberg and other places. Every day's itinerary was very fulfilling, and getting together with customers was a rare foreign experience.
On October 11, 2023, three Ecuadorian customers had in-depth cooperation talks with us. Both of us hope to continue our previous cooperation and optimize specific service content on the original basis. With our experience and services, our customers will have more confidence in us.
In mid-October, we accompanied a Canadian customer who was participating in the Canton Fair for the first time to visit the site and find suppliers. The customer had never been to China. We had been communicating before he came. After the customer arrived, we also ensured that he would have less trouble during the purchasing process. We are grateful for the encounter with the customer and hope that future cooperation will go well.
On October 31, 2023, Senghor Logistics received Mexican customers and took them to visit our company's cooperative warehouse near Yantian Port and Yantian Port exhibition hall. This is almost their first time in China and also their first time in Shenzhen. Shenzhen's booming development has left new impressions and evaluations in their minds, and they can't even believe that it was actually a small fishing village in the past. During the meeting between the two parties, we knew that it was more difficult for customers with large volumes to handle freight, so we also clarified local service solutions in China and Mexico to provide customers with maximum convenience.
On November 2, 2023, we accompanied an Australian customer to visit the factory of an engraving machine supplier. The person in charge of the factory said that because of the good quality, there was a steady flow of orders. They plan to relocate and expand the factory next year in an effort to provide customers with better products.
On November 14, Senghor Logistics participated in the COSMO PACK and COSMO PROF Exhibition held in Hong Kong. Here, you can learn about the latest beauty and skin care industry trends, discover innovative products, and find reliable suppliers. It is here that we explored some new suppliers in the industry for our customers, communicate with suppliers we already know, and meet with foreign customers.
At the end of November, we also held a video conference with Mexican customers who came to China a month ago. List the key points and details, form a contract, and discuss them together. No matter what problems our customers encounter, we have the confidence to solve them, propose practical solutions, and follow up on the freight situation in real time. Our strength and expertise make our customers more affirmative of us, and we believe that our cooperation will be even closer in the coming 2024 and beyond.
2023 is the first year after the pandemic ends, and everything is slowly getting back on track. This year, Senghor Logistics made many new friends and reconnected with old friends; had many new experiences; and seized many opportunities for cooperation.
