How Senghor Logistics' Australian customer post his work life on social media?
Senghor Logistics transported a 40HQ container of big machines from China to Australia to our old customer. From December 16, the customer will start his long vacation abroad. Our experienced freight forwarder, Michael, knew that the customer had to receive the goods before the 16th, so he matched the corresponding shipping schedule for the customer before shipping, and communicated with the machine supplier about the time of pick up and loaded the container on time.
Finally, on December 15, our Australian agent successfully delivered the container to the customer's warehouse, without delaying the customer's trip the next day. The customer also told us that he felt very lucky that Senghor Logistics’ on-time shipping and delivery allowed him to have a peaceful vacation. Interestingly, since December 15 was Sunday, the customer's warehouse staff was not at work, so the customer and his wife needed to unload the goods together, and his wife had never driven a forklift, which also gave them a rare experience.
