Last Friday (August 25), Senghor Logistics organized a three-day, two-night team building trip.
The destination of this trip is Heyuan, located in the northeast of Guangdong Province, about two and a half hours' drive from Shenzhen. The city is famous for its Hakka culture, excellent water quality, and dinosaur egg fossils, etc.
After experiencing the sudden rain and clear weather on the road, our group arrived at about noon. Some of us went rafting in the Yequgou tourist area after lunch, and the others visited the Dinosaur Museum.
There are a few people who are rafting for the first time, but the thrill index of Yequgou is low, so there is no need to worry about it for novices. We sat on the raft and needed the help of paddles and the staff on the way. We braved the rapids in every place where the current intensified. Although everyone was soaked, we felt as happy and excited as we overcame each difficulty. Laughing and screaming along the way, every moment was so fun.
After rafting, we came to the famous Wanlv Lake, but since the last big boat of the day had already left, we agreed to come again the next morning. While waiting for the previous batch of colleagues who entered the scenic spot to return, we took a group photo, looked at the surrounding scenery, and even played cards.
The next morning, after seeing the scenery of Wanlv Lake, we thought it was the right decision to come back the next day. Because the previous afternoon was a little cloudy and the sky was dark, but when we came to watch it again, it was sunny and beautiful, and the whole lake was very clear.
Wanlv Lake is 58 times larger than Hangzhou West Lake in Zhejiang Province, and it is the source of water for famous drinking water brands. Although it is an artificial lake, there are rare peach blossom jellyfish here, which shows that the water quality here is excellent. We were all very impressed by the beautiful scenery of our motherland, and felt that our eyes and hearts had been purified.
After the tour, we drove to the Bavarian Manor. This is a tourist attraction built in European architectural style. There are recreational facilities, hot springs and other entertainment items in it. No matter what age you are, you can find a comfortable way to vacation. We stayed in the lake-view room of the Sheraton Hotel in the scenic area. Outside the balcony are the green lakeside and the buildings of the European-style town, which is very comfortable.
In the evening, we each choose a leisure way of entertainment, or swimming, or soaking in hot springs, and enjoy the time to the fullest.
The good times were short. We were supposed to drive back to Shenzhen at about 2pm on Sunday, but suddenly it rained heavily and trapped us in the restaurant. Look, even God wanted us to stay a little longer.
The itinerary arranged by the company this time is very relaxing. Each of us has been healed during the trip. The balance between life and work makes our body and mind healthier. We will face the next challenges with a more positive attitude in the future.
